Privacy Note

Portfolio is currently in development. This page describes what the public website collects today — which is deliberately very little.

What we collect

If you join the Private Preview list, we store the email address you enter; if you choose to answer it, a single one-of-four answer to “what best describes you”; whether you ticked the optional box asking for occasional updates; and your approximate country and city at signup — derived by our cloud provider (Cloudflare) from your network connection, not something you type, and never your IP address itself. That is all. We do not ask for — and do not want — your portfolio, holdings, account details, phone number or any other financial information at this stage.

Why we collect it

Solely to contact you about the Portfolio private preview: to let you know if and when a spot becomes available, and — if you engage — to ask for feedback that helps shape the product. Occasional product updates before the preview opens go only to people who ticked the optional box asking for them. Your email is not sold, shared or used for anything else. Joining the list creates no investment or advisory relationship, and Portfolio does not provide investment advice. Our lawful basis for holding this is your consent, given when you submit the form; you can withdraw it at any time (see “Your data, your rights” below), which will not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup only while the Private Preview is running. If you join Portfolio when a place opens, your details carry into your account; if the preview programme ends — or you ask us to remove you — we delete your signup. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Where it lives, and who is responsible

Signups are stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, in its European region, which also serves this site and provides its bot protection (Turnstile). InfoViser decides what is collected and why; Cloudflare only stores and processes it on InfoViser's behalf. InfoViser — not Cloudflare — is the data controller responsible for your data and your rights over it. (InfoViser operates under the name InfoViser; the legal entity, InfoViser Ltd, is being established in Israel — its company registration number and registered address will be shown here once registered.) Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what the form itself needs.

Your data, your rights

Write to privacy@infoviser.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to remove your registration. Please write from the email address in question, so we can be sure the request is yours. This is the one address for privacy requests — we will act on it within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to a data-protection regulator — in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority (PPA); if you are in the EU or EEA, your local data-protection authority.
